Position: Graduate Trainee in Human Resources (HR)
Working Station: Dar es Salaam
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates (2024–2025) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in diverse teams.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
