Fakulin Agriculture Limited, a professional company engaged in the sales and distribution of agrochemicals (herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides), is expanding its business and is now looking for Sales Managers in the Tabora, Shinyanga, Simiyu, and Geita Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular outdoor field visits and travel within Tabora and surrounding areas.
- Visit agro-dealers (agro-shops) to promote products, build strong customer relationships, and expand sales.
- Implement sales plans and achieve targets.
- Follow up on orders, outstanding payments (debts), and logistics arrangements.
- Collect market information and analyze customer needs and competitors.
- Support field demonstrations and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), majoring in Agriculture, with knowledge of pesticides/agrochemicals.
- A fast learner with strong communication and comprehension skills.
- Familiar with the Tabora, Shinyanga, Simiyu, or Geita agricultural markets.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Sales experience or existing customer network is an added advantage.
