Job Location: Mbeya, Iringa, Tanga, Dodoma, Morogoro, Mwanza, Dar es Salaam & TaboraPurpose: To support the AIM Regional Manager in planning, implementing, and ensuring quality delivery of the AIM education pathway, including training facilitation, content review, teacher professional development, and parental engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Post Graduate in Education, International Development, Gender, Sociology, Anthropology, or Social Sciences
- 3–5 years relevant experience in curriculum development, teacher training, gender-responsive pedagogy, and community engagement
- Strong training, facilitation, and report writing skills

- Minimum 8 years’ work experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Strong background in project management, donor engagement, grants, budgeting, and advocacy

Responsibilities include participant selection, club management, mentor supervision, livelihood training, community mobilization, monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Social Studies, Community Development, Gender and Development, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in development sector (education, livelihood, microfinance, women empowerment, etc.)
- Computer literacy and ability to work with digital reporting systems
