Available Positions:

  1. Technical Sector – Education – 08 Positions
    Job Location: Mbeya, Iringa, Tanga, Dodoma, Morogoro, Mwanza, Dar es Salaam & Tabora

    Purpose: To support the AIM Regional Manager in planning, implementing, and ensuring quality delivery of the AIM education pathway, including training facilitation, content review, teacher professional development, and parental engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor/Post Graduate in Education, International Development, Gender, Sociology, Anthropology, or Social Sciences
    • 3–5 years relevant experience in curriculum development, teacher training, gender-responsive pedagogy, and community engagement
    • Strong training, facilitation, and report writing skills

    Employment Type: Contractual

    Purpose: To provide technical leadership for the AIM Education Pathway in Tanzania, including planning, coordination, staff capacity building, partnership management, and integration of safeguarding.

    Requirements:

    • Master’s in Education/Development Studies/Sociology/Anthropology/Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum 8 years’ work experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
    • Strong background in project management, donor engagement, grants, budgeting, and advocacy

    Purpose: To implement field-level activities for Social & Economic Empowerment (Livelihood & Education pathways) and Enabling Environment for AGYW. Responsibilities include participant selection, club management, mentor supervision, livelihood training, community mobilization, monitoring, and reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Social Studies, Community Development, Gender and Development, Business Administration, or related field
    • At least 1 year of experience in development sector (education, livelihood, microfinance, women empowerment, etc.)
    • Computer literacy and ability to work with digital reporting systems
